If you are tired of being overweight or skinny as a pencil then a complete body transformation is for you. I am not talking about getting any surgery, I am talking about good old-fashioned working out. If you are looking to gain or lose weight then this article is for you. A body transformation is not hard to do, but it takes a lot of work and dedication. I will show you a couple of different exercises you can do to aid your body transformation.



The first exercise that you will learn is called dips. You will need two chairs that are the same for this exercise. This exercise will work on your triceps and your stomach. Place the chairs next to each other so that the seats are facing outwards. Make sure that the chairs will not collapse under your weight either. There are two different ways you can do this. You can keep your feet underneath your body as you push up and down with your arms or if you wish to work on your stomach you can keep your feet out in front of you. This will be one of the most intense workouts you can give your body, but it is great for sculpting and muscle gain.



Another exercise you can do is the wall stand. Get on your hands and knees so that your feet are facing against the wall. Make sure your hands are about 2 feet away from the wall and then start to walk your way up. You should then have your feet up in the air against the wall and your hands on the ground. Hold this position as long as possible and then slowly walk yourself down the wall again. This is great for your arms and back and especially your shoulders. If you want to get even better with this you can learn to do this without having your feet resting against the wall and voila, a handstand.



Do not forget about your basics such as sit-ups and push-ups for your body transformation. They may not be very fun, but they are the most basic and probably the most beneficial. Combining all of this with a proper diet and regular aerobic exercises such as running, you are sure to get that complete body transformation you always wanted. It will not hurt that all the girls will start looking at you now either.
